ReplyDeleteI wonder if this guy was soaring, if you know what I mean? It can certainly mess with your short term memory, as in forgetting where you just walked into. This is precisely why it's recommended to only partake of such things safely inside.
I saw a news article not long ago about a college professor who challenged his class not to use their cell phones/smart devices/stay off all social media for a week (he gave them exceptions, like using the phone as an alarm clock and actually important/necessary calls/emails). Some of the students actually experiences physical withdrawal symptoms and had anxiety attacks over not being able to check their Facebook/Twitter/Tumblr/whatever.

ReplyDeletePeople universally have this mentality of "People are paid to clean up after me!" People have actually said that to me when we've been in a public park—for instance—and they've thrown trash on the ground.

ReplyDeleteUnless you work at a tiny hotel there's no way the front desk person should also be doing the breakfast. How many hands do they expect you to have?
ReplyDeleteOh god, not Cesar Milan! His techniques are awful. But I agree that the pup needs training, and possibly more exercise too (lots of energy usually means pup isn't getting enough exercise to tire them out).
